Lynette Angle-Smith brings a wealth of expertise as a complex claims consultant, with extensive experience in managing Directors & Officers (D&O) and professional liability claims. Before joining ClaimsFirst, she spent over 30 years at CNA Insurance, where she specialized in complex, multi-line professional liability matters spanning the legal, accounting, and healthcare sectors, as well as real estate and nonprofit community association claims. Earlier in her career, Ms. Angle-Smith served as a claims specialist at Allstate Commercial Insurance, handling a broad portfolio of commercial auto and truckers’ insurance claims. She is recognized for her strengths in policy interpretation, loss mitigation strategies, and building strong client relationships, consistently delivering fair and efficient claim resolutions. She holds a B.A. from the University of Minnesota.
