Matthew J. Parrott

Matthew J. Parrott brings more than 20 years of commercial insurance claims experience, with a strong background in complex multi-line matters, coverage analysis, litigation management, and negotiated resolutions. Prior to joining ClaimsFirst, he served as a Company Complex Claims Consultant at CNA Insurance, where he managed directors and officers liability claims involving community associations and other high-exposure matters. Earlier in his career, Mr. Parrott worked as a claims specialist at Philadelphia Insurance Companies, handling directors and officers and employment practices liability claims across multiple lines of business. He also served as a multi-line adjuster at Infinity Insurance Company, where he managed automobile property damage and bodily injury claims. Mr. Parrott earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and holds an Associate in Claims (AIC) designation.
